Library Donation F.A.Q.’s

Does the Library accept book donations?

In general, books and other materials donations are not accepted with the exception of rare, local history materials and in memoriam material donations.

Does the Library accept monetary donations?

Yes. Monetary donations are accepted at the Grundy Library. We are so grateful for your support.

What does my donation help to support?

Donations are used to expand our services, namely programming and collections, so that we can have a greater impact on the residents of Bristol Borough and the extended community we serve.

We want to know how our community benefits from our services so please let us know what services you appreciate and how you would prefer your donation to be directed.

For example, your donations can be used to buy children’s books, expand local history resources, or other collections and to support our programs like preschool activities, story times, book discussions, and special events for the entire family.

Does the Library accept anonymous donations?

Yes. While we would like to know who are supporters are so we can thank them, we will certainly accept anonymous donations.

I still have questions about donating to the Library. Who do I contact?

For more information on how to donate to the Library, contact Dana Barber, Library Director (215.788.7891 x 12).
