Select 2025 federal tax forms are available at the Grundy Library.

Forms include:

  • 1040 U.S. Individual Income Tax Return (Spanish language forms available) (currently available)
  • 1040-SR U.S. Tax Return for Seniors (Spanish language forms available) (currently available)
  • 1040 (and 1040 SR) Instructions (currently available)

Pennsylvania state tax forms are no longer available at the Library.

Federal forms, instructions & publications as well as Pennsylvania state forms and publications can be downloaded and printed from home. The Grundy Library can print all forms for you at a charge of 20 cents per page (black & white).

Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program forms may be available through select locations. More information about tax preparation sites and electronic filing can be found here.
