Tax Resources
Tax Forms
- Pennsylvania State tax forms are no longer available at the library. PA has phased out all bulk ordering of State tax forms to reduce cost and impact on the environment, and to increase operational efficiency.
- Also, in recent years, the IRS has significantly reduced the number of Federal tax forms that are provided to libraries.
- We can print all forms for you at a charge of 20 cents per page (black & white)
- You can also download and print all Federal and State tax forms online at:
- Federal Forms – Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
- Pennsylvania State Forms – PA Department of Revenue
- IRS Tax forms and instruction books can also be ordered and delivered by mail. Place an order by calling 1-800-829-3676 or request forms and publications online.
- Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program Forms (PA-1000) may be available at the following locations:
- State Representative John T. Galloway, 8610 New Falls Road Levittown, PA 19054, 215-943-7206
