Need Volunteer Hours?

Looking for a way to improve your community? 

Join the Teen Advisory Board (TAB)! We need volunteers in grades 6-12 to help us with programming, promotion, book selection, and so much more.   

• Programming- do you love to plan, create, or do crafts? We need help creating and preparing programs for the community.
• Book Selection– whether you love what we have on the shelves or would like us to carry more of what you want- TAB helps the Teen Librarian choose fiction, non-fiction, comic books, graphic novels, DVDs, and games for the Teen collection.  
• Program Promotion- are you connected? We need students to help promote programs to their networks, take flyers to the local school offices, forward posts, or help create social media posts and forward them to the Teen Librarian.   
• Volunteer Hours- Teen Advisory Board members are able to help with a variety of additional programming volunteer opportunities.

All these items can earn volunteer hours for school and help you enrich your community. Snacks are provided.
