Archive Research Request
This form should be used to request remote research that will be completed by Archives staff on your behalf. It should be used by anyone unable to visit the library for a consultation.
Please fill out the fields below as completely as possible.
A staff member will contact you once your request has been submitted. If research fees apply, we will arrange for payment at that time.
Fees are applicable for any Archive Research Request that takes more than 15 minutes to complete. Payment must be received prior to services being rendered.

Please limit the amount of research topics to three. If more than three topics are desired, additional fees will apply.
