World Teen Mental Health Day- March 2

As a library, we recognize the importance of promoting mental health and well-being among our teenage patrons. That’s why we’re excited to celebrate World Teen Mental Health Day on March 2nd. This day is an opportunity to raise awareness about the unique mental health challenges that teenagers face and to promote positive mental health practices.

At our library, we’re committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all our patrons. We offer a variety of resources to support teen mental health, including books, e-books, and online resources that cover topics like anxiety, depression, and stress management. We have shared some of the amazing books you can check out at Grundy Library. You can also celebrate National Day of Unplugging on March 3 to kick off your mental health enrichment.
